Is Hema İçecek a private label / contract beverage manufacturer?

Yes. Hema İçecek is a Türkiye-based (İzmir/Torbalı) beverage manufacturer offering full private label and contract manufacturing — we produce your own brand from recipe to finished, labelled can.

Do you have your own brands?

Yes. Our portfolio of 18 products includes Power Jaguar, Double Boom, Jaws and Faster (energy drinks), Dream Can (sugar-free sparkling), Black Cola, Kara Kola and Yellow Cola. You can order our own brands per container, with mixed loading if desired.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For private label (cans printed for your brand) the minimum is 3 × 40ft containers. For Hema's own brands there is no special minimum — we work per container, and different products can be mixed in a single container.

What is your production / lead time?

After order confirmation and supply of the printed cans, production typically takes 4-6 weeks. Our three parallel lines can run three can sizes at once, which shortens schedules; the exact timeline is confirmed in the quotation.

How much fits into a 40ft container?

Approximately: 250 ml ~3,840 cases (~92,160 cans); 330 ml ~3,000 cases (~72,000 cans); 500 ml ~2,000 cases (~48,000 cans) — 24 cans per case, limited by weight at ~25 tonnes. Figures are approximate; the final loading plan is confirmed with the packing list.

Which beverages can you produce? Can the recipe be customized?

Energy drinks, carbonated soft drinks, cola and sugar-free/zero drinks. With our R&D laboratory we fully customize the product — your preferred taste, aroma, intensity and recipe.

What is in your energy drinks (caffeine, taurine)?

Our standard energy drink recipe contains 150 mg/L caffeine, 800 mg/L taurine, 100 mg/L inositol and 20 mg/L glucuronolactone plus B vitamins (23 kcal per 100 ml). Different strengths or sugar-free formulas can also be produced on request.

What can sizes and capacity do you offer?

250 ml and 500 ml slim aluminium cans and 330 ml aluminium cans. Our three production lines can run three different sizes simultaneously; annual capacity is about 250 million cans.

Do you help with can / label design?

Yes. Our team supports can and label design; if you already have artwork, we apply it to our print template.

Do you export? To which countries and on which terms?

Yes. We export to 30+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and beyond with full-container logistics. We work with EXW, FOB and CIF among other terms; details are confirmed in the quotation.

What certifications does Hema hold?

ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal. Our production meets international food-safety and quality standards.

Are your products Halal certified?

Yes, our products are Halal certified. We have long exported to Middle Eastern markets and are familiar with the region's import procedures and labelling/Halal requirements.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have a shelf life of 24 months.

Where is your facility? What is your logistics advantage?

Our facility is in Torbalı, İzmir (Yazıbaşı) — about 25 km from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and 45 km from İzmir Port. This location brings speed and efficiency to everything from raw-material supply to export shipments.

How can I request a quote or samples? How is pricing determined?
