Data is obtained partly by automated means (the site and chat infrastructure) and partly through forms you complete yourself.

4. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing is limited to the following, and only to the extent the service requires:
- Our internal sales team — so that your enquiry can be assessed and answered.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers — so the site can operate (the server is in Türkiye; the content delivery network is international).
- AI infrastructure (transfer abroad) — the text you write to the site assistant is processed by an AI service provider located outside Türkiye in order to generate a reply. This constitutes a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Please do not type sensitive information such as identity numbers, bank details or health data into the assistant.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. What is used:

Local-storage entries stay on your device; you can clear them at any time by deleting site data in your browser settings.
6. Retention period
Conversation records and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to conclude your enquiry and follow up a possible commercial relationship; records subject to statutory retention are kept for the period required by the applicable legislation. Once the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
By applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request erasure or destruction,
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties concerned,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
