Caffeine and regulatory flexibility
Our standard caffeine level is 150 mg/L (Turkey's legal limit). For export markets, caffeine can be adjusted up to 320 mg/L in line with the target country's regulations. This flexibility makes it easier to produce for multiple markets with a single manufacturer.

What is Hema's production capacity?
The Torbalı/İzmir facility has 3 separate production lines and can run 3 different can sizes at the same time. Annual capacity reaches up to 250 million cans. Production complies with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal standards.
What is the minimum order for my own brand?
For private label (your own brand) the typical minimum is 3×40ft containers. Hema's own brands have no minimum and different products can be combined in a mixed container. A 40ft container holds roughly 92,160 cans at 250 ml, 72,000 at 330 ml and 48,000 at 500 ml.
