Who is co-packing for?
Co-packing is for brands whose drink is already defined: a new brand that has developed its own recipe, an established brand that wants its product filled in Türkiye or closer to its export markets, or a company looking for a second filling source alongside its current manufacturer. In all of these cases the recipe-development stage is skipped — the project starts directly with sample approval and production planning.

Technical scope
Filling is done only into aluminium cans in 250, 330 and 500 ml. The caffeine standard in Türkiye is 150 mg/L; for export production it can be adjusted up to 320 mg/L depending on the destination country's regulations. Both sugar and sugar-free recipes are handled; standard shelf life is 24 months. The process is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal — documents can be downloaded from the certifications page. See the factory page for the facility and lines.
Quantities and lead time
For branded work the minimum order is 3×40ft containers; a 40ft container holds about 92,160 cans at 250 ml, about 72,000 at 330 ml and about 48,000 at 500 ml. After order confirmation and printed-can supply, production is typically completed in 4-6 weeks; the Torbalı plant is ~45 km from the Port of İzmir and ships EXW/FOB/CIF as described on the export page. Can I get filling only?
Yes — with a ready recipe the project starts at sample approval; syrup, carbonation, filling, QC and packing are done at Hema. Without a recipe, switch to contract manufacturing or private label.
Which can sizes can be filled?
Only 250, 330 and 500 ml aluminium cans. Three parallel lines can fill three sizes at once.
Minimum order and lead time?
3×40ft containers for branded work; production typically takes 4-6 weeks after can supply.
